Keep this handy — you will paste it into Course++ once, after you sign in. It is not applied automatically; see step 3 below for why.
This link did not carry a referral code — it may have been cut short when it was copied. Ask whoever invited you to send it again, or just install Course++ and enter their code later from Account → Refer a colleague. Everything below still applies.

What each of you gets
- You get 250 bonus credits
- On top of the 250 free credits everyone gets for signing up — so 500 to start with instead of 250. They are added when you enter the code, and like the free trial credits they expire 30 days later. No card is needed for any of this.
- They get 500 credits — but only if you actually pay for something
- Nothing is paid to the person who invited you for your signing up, or for your using the free trial. Their reward is earned only if you later subscribe or buy a credit pack, and even then it is held for 60 days before it reaches them, and reversed if the payment is refunded or disputed. Once it does reach them it does not expire — it sits on top of their monthly credits the same way credits they bought would, and it is spent only after those run out. Their reward costs you nothing and does not come out of your credits.
- Up to 10 rewarded referrals a year, per person
- Whoever invited you can be paid for at most 10 referrals in any 12-month stretch. Nobody is cut off permanently: the limit moves with the calendar rather than running out, so a referral that stopped counting a year ago has freed its place again. There is no limit on how many people you can invite — only on how many rewards one person can be paid in a year.
- There is no chain, and nothing to recruit
- One person can be credited for inviting you, once. Course++ has no multi-level referral structure — you cannot earn from people your invitees invite, and neither can they.

How to use the code
- Install the Course++ extension in Chrome.
- Open a Canvas course you teach and sign in to Course++.
- Open Account → Refer a colleague and paste the code above — within 24 hours of creating your account. Your bonus credits are added straight away. Past that window the code can no longer be applied, so do this right after you sign up, not later.
Why the extra paste? Chrome does not pass a link like this one through to an extension when it installs, so there is no way for Course++ to pick the code up by itself. One paste is the whole of it, and it only happens once.
